Car was left filthy and I had two different stories on what was wrong with my car. I was treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars and it made me severely unhappy.
I now have a noise in my dash vents and the wait time was dissapointing.
I was alittle upset when I got back in my truck and there were dirty footprints all over the mat, side, and door. We worked really hard to afford our truck and I don't even leave footprints in it. It upset me to the point I took pictures of it.
Great except for labor costs.So glad my air cond.is fixed in my car.Thanks for repairing things that needed to be fixed.

I had an appointment for a recall on my 2021 Highlander. I was there for almost two hours and was told they had to order the parts. I just assumed since I had an appointment for a recall that the parts would be there. Now I will have to miss another two hours of work to bri g back when the parts come in
