Gentleman at counter was very professional. But not happy with how long it took to get a sticker! Was there 2 1/2 hours. Heard several customers complaining. Gentleman doing stickers was also doing other jobs. Personal opinion you need to have someone just doing the stickers where you can get a big portion of your customers out of the building!

I brought my car in for Engine Maintenance Required AND Maintenance Required messages. They changed my oil as I requested and I was told it was probably for tire rotation and air filter. When I got my car back the message was still there. So I went back in to let someone know. The tech said he’d never seen that message before. He had to go get his boss. Long story short no one looked at it for the reason I brought it in. I had to shell out almost $200 and was told upon leaving it’d be another $500. I spent all day from 9:45-1 pm waiting then the issue was never address. My time off from work wasted. I requested the message be looked at and no one could bother.

My wait was over 3 hours. I paid my bill for $119.44 for a cabin filter and labor. When I got in my vehicle to leave the issue I came for had not been fixed. There was an issue with the back up camera. The mechanic told me that was the way it was suppose to be. I told him I had driven my car for 6 years and I knew better. He took it back in and fixed the problem. I have been a regular customer since I bought my Camry in 2018.

The communications by text were confusing and upsetting. I had to download videos and respond to alerts for problems. A phone call could have prevented extra work & delays when I came to pick up the car.
