We appreciate getting us in and taking the time to check things out and lets us know that everything was ok. We feel if the noises were communicated to us when the brakes were done we wouldn’t have had to bring it back in. Wife and kids didn’t like waiting 2.5 hours . Worth it to me for the piece of mind. Thanks!

You made me try to pay when my vehicle was under an extended warranty that the service department didn’t know about. You still made me pay a 100 dollar deductible that later on that day you called and reimbursed me for because I wasn’t supposed to pay either. I’m clearly not satisfied with your service today. I would expect your service department to know about what is covered with extended warranty’s you sale to customers.
