Rear brakes squeaked after replacement of pads and rotors… We’ve had our 4Runner back twice since the initial repair and are still squeaking…
Multi point inspection report was not given to me. Was it done? Says no problems, but my low tire was not noticed or addressed.
Was told all week my parts to correct the recall on my truck was there. Got up early and when I arrived I was told the parts was not there after receiving texts all week all week to make sure I showed up. Someone didn’t do their job.

The service was good except I thought they would have washed it after the service. A lot of the other places we've had services done washed the vehicle afterwards. I don't know maybe I'm wrong.
