The reps that set up the appointment time did not explain that the hour and a half was scheduled to discuss the repairs on the car! Then you have to wait for the car to be serviced! You finally get a call and a video that other service needs to be done. He tried to reach back to let them know which service to go ahead and do no one Returns your call then online I filled it out for the two services I wanted added to have done when I got there to pick up the car it was not done. They said it did not go through, but on my end of the phone it showed it did go through. This is my second time there the first time was worse than this time sitting and talking with other customers, no one is happy with your service department. You don’t know these problems unless you are told by the customers so I am telling you if there is issues with your service department people

Mason never introduced himself to me and all I received was messages regarding my vehicle and was never informed how long it will take for my car to be done (it took almost 5 hours). Thankfully Larry who was helping a friend of mine with his vehicle, he helped me with my car and did the check out process as well.

After a 4 hour wait, I received a 5 second video of an inspection of my front bumper, 5 seconds of nothing, supposed to show my battery inspection and brakes, but I recieved nothing but a 5 second video of my front bumper, very dissatisfied with the long wait. I would of declined any of the add ons due to the long wait. Not worth the time of my day for a 40$ oil change, the up sale is terribly driven, and is a turn off to even ever reappointment.
Unfortunately, the issue did not get resolved upon pick up the vehicle. The door was still not working, so replacing the motor of the sliding door did not address the issue intermittently the passenger sliding door got stuck. In addition. Within 2 hours of pickup the van, it was exhibiting the same issue, I was able to record a video and share it with Joseph.

I was told my battery needed replaced at a cost of $400. My battery was less than 2 years old and still under warranty, and upon gathering a second opinion, was still in good condition. I was completely misled in the recommendation provided and will not be returning to this location.
