Unfortunately, I could not have the service completely done because I cannot find the key that goes to the tires so the service department couldn’t rotate my tires. I understand that the service department has like a universal key but is not available. If management could text me or call me and let me know when and if they get that universal key so I can come in and have my tires rotated. I would be greatly appreciative. Rick has been and will always be my go to! It is amazing in this day and time to truly find a person of his character that operates with such integrity! He is the greatest asset you possess in the service team! I’ve been trusting him now for almost 20 years and multiples vehicles. I would refer anyone to him because I truly believe what he tells me. I was disappointed with my recent service experience with Scott. When I mentioned that my mechanic had recently done some work on my car, he replied, “Then why come to Toyota for your oil change? Can’t your mechanic do that too?” — which came across as rude and dismissive. When I asked about my tire pressure not syncing with my Toyota app, Scott told me that he “doesn’t deal with apps” and that I should contact Toyota directly. He also seemed unaware of the dealership’s own “Afternoon Oil Change Special” listed on the website, insisting that the dealership didn’t put out coupons until I showed it to him. Overall, I felt that Scott was disappointed I didn’t approve an additional $1,000 in “essential” services and that he questioned the integrity of my mechanic, implying they couldn’t perform the recommended work. I didn’t have this kind of experience with Damian during my previous visit — he was professional, kind, and informative — and I’ll be requesting him in the future. For context, I come to Toyota for oil changes because my vehicle has an extended warranty from the dealership where I bought my car , and I want powertrain maintenance documented through a Toyota service center to protect that coverage.
