Daniel was very kind however I am very unhappy that I had to drive all the way back there for a third day to have my tire issue resolved as I feel like the workers should be trained correctly to do the job accurately the first time and not cause undue **** on the customer.

Richard Davis was one of the best advisors I've seen while servicing my vehicle. He was very helpful and explained the importance and concerns of all issues. Took the time to explain all concerns and pricing. Wonderful service and explained things from one car owner to another, did not feel pushy at all.

Alexander Rho was very professional, friendly and welcoming. He explainedy services prior to the work. He went over the completed work and made sure I understood everything. I was out of there in 45 minutes which I appreciated.

The window guy trying to help w broken wind shield was promoting free windshield saying it would not cost me anything because the insurance company would pay. Omitting that my premium would likely go up from that point forward. This type of double talk is not what I was expecting from your dealership. Very disturbing to the point I don’t know that I will return. If you let that type of activities go on then I don’t want to be part of it.
