Big dirt spots on my door as seen by the service advisor I wiped off. I took photos but also found them on my seats after I left. When I popped my hood to verify the work. I had oil on the engine cover to which I also took photos of. And I asked my coolant be topped off. They did top off the engine side coolant to the full level AS IT SHOULD BE. But the intercooler for the turbos is still On the low side but not below it atleast when warm and running. I would’ve liked that one topped off to a more middle range and not the bare minimum. I get it. As I was told. It’s an expansion reservoir it fluctuates. It’s below the minimum when cold out though. But I guess I’ll order a jug to top off myself. And also told an alignment is necessary every 15k miles and the amount of up sales during my oil changes is borderline annoying. I appreciate being told when it needs stuff. Not being pestered every oil change that it needs something else. That is all. Very happy with my service and service advisor otherwise and happy with the dealership aside from that. But if it doesn’t get said nothing ever changes so reflect on this. Side note. Check my old trucks service recommendation if it was documented properly for my Tacoma I also purchased here and you’ll see I once was told my truck needed pads and drums and was in the red zone on the sheet. When checked myself they still were at 75% of the pad left. And the rear drums had only worn in 1.5mm from new which were also recommended being replaced. I get it. I worked at the ford dealer some time ago. I know the game. I appreciate if it’s not done on me even more though. Thanks guys for taking care of me otherwise and in a fairly timely manner.

Everything except for my tires were not balanced right because it felt rough driving on I-75 and I felt some vibration in the steering wheel which wasn't there before. I live too far away to come back to have them rebalanced.

I learned today that I missed two required maintenance routines on my transmission. Maybe these were suggested and I failed to agree to have them done, but Joshua nor I could find where these were recommended. If this is the case, I’m disappointed that I trusted this dealership with my investment. I’ve used this dealership for maintenance on both of my Toyotas since 2015. Learning this today was a huge letdown.

Service was good. Larry never came back to talk to me with work papers. Had to go to payment desk to be able to pay for service. Waited about 30 minutes in total that I didn’t have to be there.
