Scott was deceptive about the pricing for the service and was very rude when I questioned him about it. I have been taking my car for service to this location for years, and never have I had to pay $120 for just an oil change. After insisting that the price was much higher than previous appointments, he reluctantly took $28 off the price, but it made little difference to the total cost of service because of unexplained taxes added to the total. Not only that, but I had an appointment scheduled at 11:30am and at 2pm I had received no updates about my vehicle and was told it had not even been looked at yet. Any other time I have taken my car for service, it had been no longer than an hour, even on busy days. I am very disappointed with the service Toyota provided, and if I had known I would have this experience, I would have taken my car elsewhere.

When I purchased the car there was a leaky tire and I was told it would be handled but it was not . The moment I mentioned this time I was presented with comments like " did you buy it here?" , I cant see your info do you have road hazards? Go talk to finance. Its a poor experience for over 10 months over a tire. Not onky was it sold to me with a leak but I was told it would be patched. Its a direct insult as I could have said her take the price of a new tire off or left entirely. Instead Iwas told it would be handled. When it wasnt I asked it to be handled on my oul change.it was not again filled with air and my wife was told it was good to go. I spoke to the service manger who sat and heard the conversation but pretended as if she did not. Comments like lets see if its on a camera. Why would a nail show on a camera . The comment insults my intelligence and she said something to the effect of me asking her to fix the tire finally was going to lead to her being fired. Amazing to me that a 10 door patch you charge 75 for will be allowed to ruin an other wise good experience. Good year will fix the tire for 35 I brought it to your store to fix it and right the wrong. I regret there will now be tension over a nail in a tire. I know the car has proof it was always low and but lets not talk about that Let's talk about why for 10000 miles no 9ne could take the time to fix or even admit the tire was leaking. Im a former technician its beginner stuff nails in tires. The insulting way its been avoid and I have to force the conversation is frustrating. Its the hair in the soup. I have no trust in the work if no one can notice a tire isnt changed and I know understand why some customers watch their car repairs. Maybe ill mark my tires to see if they are rotated or do a oil check to make sure its being changed. Double work.

I do not need Scott King to contact me to discuss. I discussed it with him today. He knew I was not satisfied with the communication I received during my wait at Wesley Chapel Toyota today. He has already apologized. Today I arrived and checked in at 10:06 for a 10:15 appt. I received the “check in” text promptly but then I heard nothing on text or from Scott until I went to him at 1:35 PM. He said it would be a while longer. At 2:33 PM I received a text telling me that the multi point inspection had been done. My concern is that there was no communication from Scott even at 1:06 PM which was my “promised” time. I have been going to WCToyota for many years and have purchased 4 vehicles from WC Toyota.

I purchased my 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport at the Wesley Chapel Toyota and that was the most smooth process that I have ever experienced buying a vehicle. The staff and management were very helpful, transparent with all of the information and questions and very professional. Today (12/29/25), was the first service appointment for my Tacoma and it was quick and easy. The staff, especially Alexander Ro showed the most professionalism and sounded knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience and look forward to the next.

My mother, the customer, went in to have her car serviced. She was quoted a 2,000 dollars fee. She mentioned that she had a warranty, and was told it will not cover it. Her son in law came in to understand why the bill was $2,000, he asked for the warranty to be checked. Upon checking, she had a warranty on the vehicle, and it covered a huge amount of the cost. While I don’t know the reason she was not listened to in the beginning, I can’t help but think it wasn’t for a valid reason. Extremely unsatisfying experience, not only to not be able to trust the rep that is supposed to help us, but also having to have a male family member drive to have things checked properly. I would urge the representative to work on his customer service, and focus on helping and listening to the customer. As well as, find clarity on why he didn’t find it important to listen
