The final amount I paid included charges that were not disclosed to me until it was time to pay. That is lack of clarity and speaks lowly of the dealership. I thought you were better than Toyota of Tampa Bay, perhaps I was mustaken

I came in with my tire pressure warning light on. After leaving the dealership, the light came back on within an hour after I got home. When I checked, all four tires were still 27–29 PSI, yet my service paperwork shows a multi-point inspection documenting 35 PSI on each tire. Clearly the tire pressures were not actually checked or filled despite being marked complete. I’m not satisfied with the quality or accuracy of this service.
