I’ve spoken with the service manager but I went through a horrible experience of not having my new van for over 2.5 months and I was not being updated at all about what was going on. I called and left numerous messages to nicole and the service department and absolutely no one would get back to me. When I spoke to the manager he put blame on me for not texting since I called.
Very punctual, professional, and thorough.
It would a lot less stressful if you would call or return calls during the wonderful pick up and drop off service or just use a human.

I will admit I was hesitant to bring my truck to a dealer as quite honestly I prefer to give business to individuals versus a corporation; however my husband convinced me otherwise and I am glad he did. As long as Joshua is there and I can schedule through him this is my "go to" place from now on. I appreciate his sincerity and truthfulness throughout the process.
