The service experience was great. However, I am not happy that the reason I had to bring my truck in to get service was because the service department did not connect a cable during my first (original) service appointment with you all.

Mason was very professional and doing his job but it’s so frustrating dealing with a system that is designed to try to upsell and suggest “maintenance” that costs $1200. The system really is uncomfortable and I’ll be looking for a mechanic and not a place that is trying to take advantage of me.
