The issue with my vehicle had persisted since purchased almost 1 year ago. Rick promptly worked on the repair when I brought it to him. Slow parts availability was an issue at that time. Unfortunately the issue was not resolved. When I finally had the time to seek resolution again, Rick was quick to get it resolved. He explained how he would escalate, kept me informed, and gave me confidence in Toyota's ability to Make It Right. The issue seems resolved, a little more time will tell. I appreciate Rick's professional, down-to-earth approach and honesty. It keeps me coming back - and keeps me buying proactive maintenance. A harder-sell or technical BS would have me simply delay the maintenance or go elsewhere. Thank you, Cory T
Everything was mostly okay just her demeanor and attitude made me feel like my service and me being there was a bother for her. Almost like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions.
