I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at Toyota service before (not the Wesley chapel location) and Nyah blew me away!! I will definitely be bringing my car to Toyota Wesley Chapel a lot more often for all my service need.

Waiting almost 3 hours for a tire rotation only is ridiculous. Why do you over schedule. Once I am done with my complimentary oil changes etc. I will definitely find a better facility. Nyah was friendly and polite.
