First, I don’t understand why you don’t include oil changes more than every 10,000 miles unless you just want vehicles to not last as long.
Second, over $990 in recommended additional services? If all of this needs to be done why isn’t it included in the maintenance package?
Third - I was about 20 minutes early for my 7:45 am appointment and it was after 8:30 before they were done. All they did was rotate the tires. I could have done it at home without a lift in 15 minutes.
Forth - your people move the car from here to there and back again. WHY do you have to reset the seat position and mirrors every time!
