First, I don’t understand why you don’t include oil changes more than every 10,000 miles unless you just want vehicles to not last as long. Second, over $990 in recommended additional services? If all of this needs to be done why isn’t it included in the maintenance package? Third - I was about 20 minutes early for my 7:45 am appointment and it was after 8:30 before they were done. All they did was rotate the tires. I could have done it at home without a lift in 15 minutes. Forth - your people move the car from here to there and back again. WHY do you have to reset the seat position and mirrors every time! It’s beyond aggravating.

How the heck does it take almost 4 hours to get a simple oil and tire rotation??? I don’t know how. Can you please let me know? I will definitely never buy a new car here. I’d rather drive 2 hours and wait 45 minutes for work to be completed, than to spend any of my time with you. I missed 2 other important appointments today because of your incompetence.
