Very satisfied with the service
Francisco Velez was my service agent for my last service visit, as well as this most recent visit for the repair of my hood. I was more than pleased with Francisco...he is so very pleasant and very knowledgeable, as he explained some things about my Highlander that I was not aware of.He kept me up to date every step of the way, and was always available when I needed to reach him for updates. I've always been very satisfied with my dealings with Wesley Chapel, and representatives like Francisco is part of the reason.
Richard Davis always looks out for me and ensure that I get the best treatment possible. He explains everything well and ensure I leave with all questions answered.

Excellent and fast service
Initially talked about standard 110000 mile maintenance. After multipoint inspection my rear brake pads were found to be normal range. Other issues were found that needed repair. I immediately texted and called saying to cancel rear brake replacement and fuel injection service as they did not appear to be urgent. Gracen told me it was too late and that could not be changed. Then after paying a large over $3000 for all other repairs I informed him that I needed to leave for work as I work in Tampa. He was at lunch and was informed my car was ready at 11:22. I arrived and paid at 11:45AM. Then service staff and valet service could not find my keys for over a half hour. They later said the repairman was driving the car and could not get it from him. I was late for work this afternoon which was very frustrating as I already paid more than I was willing. Not sure why there was such poor communication and an inability to cancel services after the inspection showed it was unnecessary. Have been using your place for three years but will be looking elsewhere.
