Two hours and forty-five minute wait for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation is a bit extensive, and this was not my first experience having to wait an overly extensive amount of time. Looking around the waiting room I was not the only one feeling this way. More than likely due to over booking and efficiency challenges with the technicians. Other than the wait everything else was great.

I arrived at 9:45 at 12 I called Mr Knispel stating I had not heard anything.i mentioned that my phone was dieing. He had the write up in his hand. The work would take another 2 to 2.5. He offered a couple of options to let me leave. I chose to wait.Checked on me once. At 3:30 I went to tell him I wanted to leave.He had my bill. He had sent me a message that my car was done but to my dead phone. When I did not respond why did he not come to me? He knew where I was sitting. 6 hours in the dealership.

Frank was not so helpful; I checked in with an appointment at 10:20 am and asked for an AC diagnostic. Surprisingly, I checked out at 3:00 pm! Nothing was repaired, and nothing was updated on your client's sms (No Diagnostics report to see) till 2:15pm when we had to look for anyone who could check us out (Mr.Frank had disappeared for a while); Mr. Joe assisted us. This was not the end; after payment, I should get my car at the parking lot… that did not happen either; I waited 15 min, but nothing happened, nothing but Mr. Frank's puzzled, scrambled facial expressions! I had to walk around the parking lot and ask Frank to hand me my car key (no one could assist me). Finally, this was my worst auto service ever; Toyota had to look after the entire process with serious considerations to retain customers. My horrible customer service today will linger with my wife, my 10-year-old son, and me.
