I was told the part would be in the next day, it wasn’t and no one called to tell me my truck was not ready, I had to call and find out myself. I was charged $42 for the loaner car and no one has told me why. I brought it back with the same amount of gas I got it, half of tank.

Better communication is a must. I have a faulty radio knob that not one person told me it wasn’t fixed because they didn’t have one. How shall I listen to my radio if my pain in my hands is so bad I can’t push buttons? Now I’m waiting until someone calls me and inconvenienced to drive all the way back to fix.

I was told that there was a video I could watch of my vehicle being inspected. In the past, this was not how I learned of the diagnosis for my vehicle. So I didn’t fully watch the video from start to finish. I was presented with many overpriced services that really weren’t necessary so I declined. When I got to the Desk to sign, I asked about the specific tire that had low pressure and the young man spat at me. “Didnt you watch the video?” Then he had me sign my paperwork and never gave me a copy. He then said I will be right back and never returned.. Other people that saw me standing there waiting asked me if I had been helped and they had to track him down to ask if he was through with our transaction. Although the young man was very nice, I feel like talking to me in that manner and then saying he would be right back and never returning or some things he could work on for future customers. Please also consider your pricing for tire installation. I went somewhere else and paid exactly half of what I was quoted at the dealership.
