After speaking with another mechanic, I now feel as though the person in charge of my inspection was pressuring me into paying $1000s of dollars for repairs that my car doesn’t need. This is not something that has ever happened during my routine oil changes here. I’m very disappointed in the level of greed that Wesley Chapel Toyota expressed during my visit. I’m a public school teacher with little knowledge of cars and he knew I was easy target to make a quick buck. If I hadn’t already paid for a lifetime of oil changes, I would consider going elsewhere.

After one and a half hours the oil change was not being worked on. I had a doctors appointment and Ceaser was able to get it done within a half hour. I get your recommendation and the price of the brake fluid exchange from March 2024 till now, the last recommendation I got went up 34 percent. Not what I expected. I will be looking for alternatives.

Service rep was great. The amount of wait time is excessive, always has been, and has never been less than 3+ hours. For an oil change and tire rotation, unacceptable.

Damian is an exceptional employee. Very professional. He got my problem taken care of. There was a problem that I did not anticipate. He had to get approval to fix my tire with the nail in it. It took three hours to resolve even though I paid approximately 700.00 for tire and wheel coverage at purchase.

Mason was extremely polite but it took over 20 mins from when I arrived to be even checked in. I had asked for an appraisal. When I was contacted that the car was ready, I was then informed they could find someone to appraise it. After being at the dealership for an hour and a half and having decided on a car I’d like to purchase, the last thing I wanted was to wait more. During my wait I was not approached or talked too by anyone. So, I was returned to be asked if after that wait I wanted to wait MORE for an appraisal that I had requested when I arrived.
