Gracen was helpful. The service itself there were issues: the maintenance light was not reset and I had to request someone reset it for me and the battery compartment was left open and not put back together. Just a little sloppy and I’d expect better from a Toyota dealership.

After 90 minutes into my scheduled appointment time, I had still heard nothing back regarding any items that may need attention after the multi point inspection. I checked in with the service advisor and she stated that the ticket appeared to be open by the technician and should have an update shortly. 30 minutes later, I finally received some feedback. It was quite disappointing to wait two hours into my appointment to learn of anything else that I would have to stay additional time for. Seem to defeat the purpose of an appointment if it’s going to take two hours to hear anything back. My vehicle was finally completed an hour after that. Three hours total for the inspection and a rotation/alignment.
