Nicole was great. My 20,000 services took 3.5. Hours And wasn’t able to get a recall on my vehicle done with out waiting several more hours. Car wasn’t washed and cleaned like Lexus. I understand that I no longer have a Lexus but I did spend $50,000 just the same. There should be a different in service based on 1000ft.
I was completely satisfied with the service that Mr. Donald Sherwood provided. He guaranteed that my car would receive its scheduled maintenance in an hour and he delivered it on time. I appreciate his honesty and expertise in the care of my vehicle.
