Another lady was complaining about the long wait too. Also I went to the parts dept to get a filter since I didn’t feel like paying over 100.00 for a 11.00
Filter part. I wanted to get the discount and they said I had to order online and if I did it wouldn’t be ready for 2 hours. I told them okay I’ll get it on amazon and he was okay whatever. I got two filters on Amazon for the price of one that you were charging so I guess they did me a favor. Took forever to get my car back up after the service was done too. Looked like too many advisors and not enough valet people . Advisors standing around. Poor valet girl running around to get people their cars
I have a brand new car and I’d take it in for my second check up and you’re telling me I need 300 hours of work that is not covered by my warranty by a 30,000 mile warranty in the future. I will have somebody else check this car. I can’t trust you. I think somebody’s bones smoke up my **** trying to get money out of me.

I arrived for a 12pm appointment, I was early BUT did not get my vehicle back until after 2pm! That is unacceptable! I made other plans and actually allowed an hour and half which I thought was MORE than enough time for 1 oil change and a tire rotation! It seems like this process is intended to discourage me from using my FREE lifetime oil changes. I drive 45 minutes each way and to wait over 2 hours? That shows Wesley Chapel Toyota does NOT value my time. I would like a pro-rated refund on my oil change and have NO intention of returning!
It was a very pleasing experience with her. She made us feel very comfortable. We had quit going there because of bad service we had gotten before, but she invited me back and it was amazing. She took care of a alignment and I didn’t even know I hadn’t had one in a year so I was very pleased and my husband I both are gonna be coming back just so we can have her as a writer. We’re looking forward to the next time we bring our vehicle in.
