My service advisor was one of the best. This is my first Toyota Camry, my mom, swear by them, but I really Never trusted the professionalism and the service team, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a premium service. Almost comparable to the service I received from BMW and Tesla.

So I ran over a parking block that was pretty tall on my Camry, and I ripped off the plastic guard underneath the engine, so I took it over to wesley chapel toyota, and they got me right in and repaired it with no charge, that really stuck with me because that doesn't happen nowadays. So i'm grateful for wesley, chapel toyota.
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was there over 2 and a half hours. I know this is not a 10 minute business but that is longer than it should be .
