Rich is great. He is helpful and patient. The tech in the service department who put a window seal on my 2025 Land Cruiser knowing he broke off the end cap and tried to pass it off is another story. Rich was really nice and made an otherwise awful experience with the service department tolerable.

The service advisor did a good job explaining what I needed but it took almost 5 hours for the service to be done when I had an appointment at 7:30am. Missed all morning at work.
