Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of informing me what should be done now vs what can wait to break up the cost.
She is also friendly and remembers our conversations across scheduled appointments.
I trust her entirely with maintaining my Toyota, and only ever use her as my service writer.

Excellent service and attention
Don was very nice, friendly and kept me up-to-date on my vehicle repair. He answered questions I asked and I even received a video showing me the multi-point inspection and the repair that was needed. I told him that I needed to have my vehicle ready by a certain time and he called me an hour before that time to let me know that it was finished and ready for pick up! Thank you Don!

My service rep was handling a call on the phone. He referred me to another rep to help check me out. That rep told me he didn’t have my paperwork and couldn’t help me. Back over to the other side I stopped a female rep to see if she could check me out. It felt like I asked her for hard task. She didnt want to be bothered with me. I didn’t do anything wrong but want to get my keys and leave. What a Terrible experience
