The assessment by the technician didn’t match up with what the service provider was saying.
The requests for feedback after every service is excessive.
As always, Rick was patient and kind enough to answer questions about the maintenance of my vehicle and made sure my vehicle was ready in a timely manner.
Only one thing I was just there for and oil change 7am appointment and I leave 3hrs later other than that every thing else went very well

Oil remnants in the bottom that wasn't cleaned. Car should have been cleaned. I had service done To it also did not top of my windshield wiper fluid. No explanation why the transmission went out on a car that has 13000 miles on it. Car smelled like mechanic shop inside oily smell.
