Alexander Ro was professional, knowledgeable and delivered the best customer service to us. We bought our RAV4 hybrid from you in 2023. We also own a Sequoia. We have been servicing both our Toyotas at Tampa Bay Toyota for 2 years. We live in Temple Terrace so Tampa Bay Toyota is closer to us so we've been servicing both of our cars there. Our service representative was Gian Llamas was excellent. And because I am both as quick to complain as I am to commend, I wrote many reviews about his quick to complain as I am to commend, I wrote many reviews about his service. Gian was promoted. And since he left the service department, things have been horrible. I drove to your location after great disappointment and frustration. But then I met Alexander Ro. I cannot begin to express how appreciative we are of Alex's over the top service. While inconvenient in terms of distance from bur home, we will make the trip to Wesley Chapel Toyota because of Alexander. And I issue an appeal to you. Please compensate Alexander enough that he will be properly rewarded and not get promoted out of the great customer service job which her performs. Excellent customer service from Rick Davis as always. It’s nice to work with the same service technician who knows me and my vehicle. Also appreciate the video from the technician working on the vehicle as well.

Alex is a great service manager and I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile for my car. I am not the most knowledgeable at what each service means and entails and he always takes time to explain everything to me. I love going to Wesley chapel Toyota and will continue to service my car here.

You need more staff.. chairs for older people to SIT. Can’t get through on the phone Next time I come in i would very much much like to meet the Manager Seems very ‘new ‘ to me.. the experience is very ‘new’ Daniel on the other hand did his utmost best to accommodate me despite corporate guidelines and pressure. I’ve worked for companies.. I understand…. He did his best and should be rewarded and celebrated as a true person He went above and beyond beyond to be humane.
