Honestly I hadn’t been to Wesley Chapel Toyota in a long time due to issues with how my 4Runner was treated and my personal requests were ignored. I was assigned to Damian and explained my dilemma. He was very understanding and would see to my request personally. I decided to give Wesley Chapel Toyota another chance. Damian was on top of my service with constant updates and explained everything thoroughly. As long as Damian is in service I’ll continue to use Wesley Chapel Toyota. Thank you. Peter L

Routine 20,000 mile service and a simple recall reprogramming for which I made an appointment. I was there 5 hours. I never got any communication until 4 and half hours had passed and I got the new video work order text. And then, you tried to sell ne the lifetime alignment thing that records should have shown I purchased at 15,000 miles service. Horrible service experience.
