Rick Davis is an exceptional Service Manager with sincere professionalism. He truly cares about his customers and completely, consistently exceeds expectations. Rick treats his customer's vehicles with as much care as he would his own vehicle. I always request Rick as my Service Manager every time my vehicle needs service. Toyota needs more Service Manager's like Rick Davis.

The part was not in stock for repair of the Toyota recall. Damian was not the one who made the appointment with me. This should not have happened if a system was in place to assure that parts needed for a specific recall scheduled on a certain date were in stock. If not, a call to postpone the work should have been made to me.

I had a 7:00 appointment, was not serviced first. The wait & communication was lacking. This does not reflect on the service I received by my service representative. He was sooo friendly, honest & to the best of his ability helped! Again, wait time after first appointment ridiculous!
