Mason was great! He did what he could to get my car fixed as best he could. I am however not happy that it took a month and a half to fix a brand new vehicle and 3 separate trips. Unfortunately, Mason was not available during my last visit and your service tech Scott King needs to learn some customer service skills. The cost of services is over inflated with no justification. The Reps are just using “used car sales” tactics and flat out dishonest. I will not be using this dealership again.

I am very satisfied with the technical advise provided by Mason. He es very knowledgeable which helps to properly identify the vehicle problems and quickly resolve them. The repairs and services as well as the multipoint inspection were fully and satisfactory completed yesterday within the expected time frame. He also helped me get a temporary car services so I could comply with other appointments without any interruptions. As usual, he provided an outstanding customer support. Thanks a lot Mason.

Donald was brash did not enjoy working with him. Was told last time I was there I had service coverage for an extended period of time on my vehicle from when it was initially purchased. Making the appointment was awful because I tried booking through app for two weeks which didn’t work and then calling to make the appointment was difficult to reach someone who was also not pleasant to work with. With those prices and the time it takes to book an appointment plus just how unpleasant all the employees at your organization are I won’t be back, and I certainly won’t consider Wesley Chapel Toyota when I buy my next and fourth toyota
