I waited for 15 minutes on the person that was going to help me. But he never came. I could not wait any longer. I had to be back at work at 1. I needed enough time to walk there and still manage to grab something to eat. Just asking to be mindful of peoples time. My apt started at 1230 and yet wasn't attended by anyone. Yet you have a place full of employees. Hopefully it's not like this next time.
