Joe was helpful, this feedback is not necessarily an indication of his performance. I used to work at Toyota. First off, I’m frustrated at the 8 month wait for brake pads on a brand new vehicle, under warranty. I’m going to contact corporate about that. When I showed up to finally pick the vehicle up, apparently they couldn’t find it, and I was left waiting in the service area for about 20 minutes. Two people came up to check the number on my receipt, and then someone came back and actually took my receipt. Then the truck finally pulled up. But I couldn’t get a copy of my receipt. After waiting for a while, with all things considered, I got extremely frustrated, slammed the door and left. I’ve been buying Toyota vehicles for almost 20 years. All of our Fleet vehicles are Toyota, and I’ve personally bought many vehicles for myself everything from a Camry, to an Avalon, to a tundra. At this point, I think I will never buy another Toyota again, based on the inability to fix my brake pads in a timely manner. I don’t think it was Joe‘s fault. I did send him a text to let him know, but didn’t hear back. A response to that text would have been appreciated. He did call though, and I think he did a good job. I’m just frustrated at the overall situation.

Joseph was great, service tech needs to learn how to read tire depth gauge, and maybe look at previous service slip. Shouldn't need cabin air filter every 2 to 3 months or 5000 miles.

The tire rotation took much longer than usual. Was there over 2 hrs. Richard made the experience a little more tolerable. He should be commended for that.
