In July, I contacted the service department 31 times and no one answered the phone - insane! Those calls were made at all times during the day. I tried four times to schedule an appointment and each time got into an endless do-loop. This week when I got an email to schedule my complimentary service, it would not recognize the 5000 mile service. So I signed up under the $99 service appointment - simply insane. You people have got to fix this ASAP! For my appointment today, no complaints - Joe was super!
