Alex is the kind of person you want dealing with your customers. He’s a gentle soul and speaks very respectfully to everyone. As many times as I called and bugged him in the phone, he never once gave me an attitude or brushing off. He dogged every question I had until he had an answer. I can’t say enough good about this young man.
He is great and I requested to have him again this time.

My experience was quite disappointing. When I explained the issues with my vehicle, the representative seemed more interested in dismissing my concerns than actually listening. He cut me off, insisting that my problem was impossible, which made me feel like he didn’t even take the time to consider what I was saying.
Additionally, I found the directions I received to be unclear and unhelpful. As to when to step out of the vehicle and what was next. As a first-time visitor, I expected more guidance, but instead, I was simply pointed in a direction and left unsure of where to go or where to sit. I believe I should have been escorted more thoroughly through the process.
To make matters worse, I’m still experiencing the same issue with my car pulling in both directions.
Today was a complete waste of my time.
