Nyah was great today, and I hope to have Nyah as a service advisor for future visits. She listened to the reason for my visit, provided multiple options, kept me abreast of the progress and ensured my service was completed in a reasonable timeframe. I had a pleasant experience and would certainly recommend Nyah and Wesley Chapel Toyota!

Mason, as always, is very helpful. However, the previous assistant service manager on this visit was quite disappointing. The original problem was missed on the first evaluation, but once specific attention was brought to the tire, the nail was then found.

I got there 7.45am they said it would be done in 2 hrs came back 2pm and they were still working on it they didn’t do the dash calculation now it shows i need maintenance so concerned if they did anything kind of nervous Lawrence E

Daniel surprised me with hidden fees and when he took the pen from me, he hit my hand and grabbed it very aggressively i will honestly write a bad review on google because that is not how you treat customers and surprise them with hidden fees and now im without a car for even longer.

I had an 8 am appointment. Had to wait a while in car to get checked in. Nicole was great though. It still took 3 hrs for the work to get done. It should have taken no longer than an hour.
