As always Rick provides excellent customer service.
Everything was good and the advisor was very attentive and friendly; one small thing was that i asked for some air to be put in the tires because 2 was a little low, the advisor even noted it down but it wasn’t done; the air pressure was the exact same with befoee i came in. Had to go to Wawa and put more air myself, which wasn’t a big deal, but i wouldn’t have to do all that if it was done as i requested. overall still good service and i’d still come back for future maintenance.
My vehicle was not fixed. It is still making the same noises.
Daniel was very nice and informative, but for the life of me, I can’t understand why it takes 2 1/2 hours to change the oil and tire rotation. There were very few customers at 4:30 pm. I did not leave until almost 7pm.

Never met the advisor assigned to me. spoke to multiple different advisors doing this visit. I believe I spoke to Richard over the phone he was professional and knowledge about what my car needed but before speaking to him the other advisors were all saying different things which made everything seem very unorganized. I’ll rate my visit a 2 and that’s only because when I received a call from Richard he gave me the clarity needed.

After leaving my car for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, I came back to pick it up and it hadn’t even been started. Alex did a great job of getting it moving when he saw what happened. This is my 2nd visit to service since buying the car there and both times were an issue.
I noticed today the tire caps were not on any of my tires. I took my car in on Sat and I just noticed that they were gone. I park my car in the garage and is not sitting outside. And noticed they had put in 2 plastic ones on their not even on all tires. Very disappointing. They are good to recommend what your car needs but they can’t put things back the way they were. Now I am waiting for the service person who helped me so I can go back and get my caps that were on the car put back on.
It took much longer than promised for the service. I got there at 1030am and was told 60-90min. She never updated me. I received a text from the technician with a video which I appreciated. She never followed up with me when my car was done. I waited until almost 1pm at the dealership for my car while texting and calling her with no response.
I used to have a Subaru the experience is totally different. I felt valued they provided coffee and snacks while I waited. This experience was like I was cattle going through a chute. I was up sales an oil conditioner that I don’t know that I really need. And I am concerned that the service was really done as I had to put air in all of my tires on the way to work. That was supposed to be part of the multi point indirection. I am definitely not happy. Also the car still has issues with the car play shutting off and the wiper delay is backwards. Not happy overall with the Toyota experience. Should have stuck with Subaru.

Service was fine but extremely slow, 2.5 hours for oil change and inspection. Got a progress report near the end of the service. Also I got 2 confirmations: one for 1 pm and a second for 1:15 pm so I wasn’t sure when I was supposed to appear.
I am very pleased in how Joe helped me with getting my car fixed. I especially appreciated how he kept me informed.
