I came in asking for one specific service that I did not receive. I did pay for Wesley Chapel Toyota to tell me they tested a few things and could not find any cause for the issue. I left with the issue unresolved and still happening. I am beyond frustrated. Other mechanics had told me I had to return to the dealership for a solution. Now I am on a search for yet another honest mechanic who can help me DIY this thing. Absolutely NONE of this is on Amanda Velez. She treated me professionally and discounted the fee rate because there was no solution.

There are too many hidden costs. You did a diagnostic test for $149.99 and added a miscellaneous fee of 22.26.
