All went well. Seem very organized. Josh was very considerate, and explained everything to my satisfaction.
There was a technical error where I was contacted and told my vehicle was ready to go when it had not had the tire replaced. I am told these messages go out automatically, so I do not hold anyone there responsible, just frustrated at the situation. I would appreciate it if those tools and methods are evaluated to see if there's a way to ensure that doesn't happen to someone else. Thank you.

Es un servicio de mantenimiento y alistado del vehículo, deberían entregarlo por lo menos con una lavada superficial, no tiene que ser algo exhaustivo pero lo mínimo sería entregar un carro limpio por fuera. Eso daría un plus en la calidad del servicio, obviamente el cliente no debe llevar el carro en mal estado de suciedad.
First of all, I had to go hunt down Nicole twice!! She never came over to update me!!! Second of all, your prices are exorbitant!! We could have gotten all that work done elsewhere much cheaper and my husband says that next time we will!!
vechicle did not received the service that I requested. Sat In the waiting area from 9:30 to 12 without nothing being done to the vehicle.
