While I understand the need for text messages I'd rather the technician would explain the services recommended verbally so I could better understand what is necessary versus what services are not necessary immediately.

I stayed at the dealer service area for 4.5 hours to get my fenders changed on my Tundra. They were ordered in August. After waiting 4.5 hours. I was told that it was damaged. That should have been checked before I came. I drove an hour each way coming to Wesley Chapel dealership. I've been trying to get my truck fixed for months. This is in an acceptable. Shawn

Larry Walker was absolutely amazing, however, I made an appointment for 730 and just had an oil change and an alignment. And engine filter change. I thought with being one of the first people in the waiting room I would be one of the first to leave. I’m not sure if the technicians put others before appointments or not. Please check on this. Maybe there is something I’m missing and I apologize if so.

I made an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Others were serviced before me. I spent 2 1/2 hours when it should have taken about an hour. Apparently Toyota prioritizes Toyota Care customers over those that have an appointment. I was not happy.
