Service was professional and quick as usual.
The service and communication was great, when we got our vehicle back the drivers seat fabric had horrible body odor lingering to the fabric from the person working on it. We had a difficult time getting the foul smell out of the fabric. Please increase hygiene standards for those getting into customers vehicles.
I was charged 49.95 for checking my brakes even tho it was included in 28 pt inspection.

This was my first appointment with Lucien. It was the first time I got greeted an did not feel like a bother. First time it took Uber 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He is polite kind an I was talking with a lady in the lobby while we waited an she said the same thing. I was really thinking about leaving university because of how I always felt like I was not welcomed. After this visit I will continue to go to university Toyota but will only be scheduling with him. Please tell him thank you for a actual nice experience for once

I was disappointed when my van was all finished and I went outside & it was as dirty as it was when it went in. ???? I have taken it to Buckhannon Toyota and they always wash it! This was my first time taking it to university motors. Bad first impression. Also, when I got my 21 point inspection report back it had that the windshield washer fluid was OK check marked and I knew for a fact it wasn’t because it had told me that the washer fluid was low that very day. I did bring these things to the attention of The service receptionist guy, and he did reply. The washer fluid was filled, but my car remains filthy. The Sienna never gets clean on the bottom half of the sides in an automatic car wash. I have tried many of them. I have spent a lot of money, and they never get clean. I think it’s the design of the sides so it’s really frustrating to have to wash it by hand, so I always look forward to my car getting washed without me having to do it
