Very rude customer service. You can ask your team to be polite and welcoming for customers!
Lucien was great. When I checked out, whoever his supervisor was in the back trying to give him a hard time about how he did his job probably should have saved that for when the customers were out of earshot or saved the private conversation for another time instead of reprimanding him publicly.
Continued respect and appreciation for how University Toyota does business. I’ve had less than expected Toyota product reliability but this service location makes up for that. I might buy another make in the future, but I sure would let these guys work on it.

Had to wait 2.5 hours only to learn that the part needed for a safety recall repair needed to be ordered. The purpose of my scheduled appointment was known ahead of time. I should have been informed the part needed to be ordered when I checked in so I could have rescheduled and done more productive things than sit in the waiting room.
The service and time waiting was excellent.
Rodney seems to rush your decisions. There was also no explanation given as to the severity of the particular problem that was encountered on my vehicle.

Picked up my new toyota Tacoma for first time and everything looked really good
The technician found that an oil pan cover was missing from a previous service by another Toyota dealer (in Las Vegas). This dealership lended no solution other than to replace an almost $500 part. The right thing to do would have been to call the dealership in Las Vegas to assist us with getting the part replaced because it was clearly not replaced by the Centennial Toyota dealership. I’m very disappointed that this independent dealership wouldn’t do more to resolve the issue. I will not be a returning customer for another vehicle purchase because this type of customer service is unacceptable.

Staff very friendly, traveled an hour and a half though and didn’t get everything I needed today. Perhaps a little misunderstanding by the person who took my call. I called about three weeks ago to order a key as I wanted to be able to have two for my vehicle in case one got lost. I was prepared to purchase entire key and fob set. Doing the fob was under a recall which was a great surprise but I didn’t end up leaving with a a cut key. I Was able to order one but now have to go back to get it. Again, very friendly staff and very impressed with the dealership.
