Very disappointed I def not get my 2nd key. Made my appointment online for service. Was told I needed to call and make a service appointment in order to get the key. Kind of defeats your new online system…

Rodney and University Toyota Service Center are my go to for all things Toyota. I have a 4Runner and run it hard, usually loaded down. I also spend time in the mountains and wilderness areas. So I need this vehicle ready for peak performance. The service center at University Toyota do just that.

Took my car in for regular service as well as a concern with malfunctioning wiper blades. They called me 1-1/2 hours later to tell me nothing was wrong with the wipers and car was ready to pick up. Even with an extended warranty I have had to haggle with customer service. Rodney, is less than helpful. I traded my vehicle for another brand the following day and I hope to not have to do business at university Toyota for a long time.
