When buying out my lease they charged me 160 for a bogus safety inspection when it clearly stated on the Toyota website that your end of lease inspection is free. They are crooked as they come . Telling me I needed tires when I just bought them less than five months ago on the day that they actually did my vehicle inspection . Don’t trust this dealership at all and will not be doing any future business with them

Overall it was a fine experience except that during final discussion it was unclear if my tires had truly been rotated. No where on the paperwork was it stated, and the answer did not seem confident. I previously used your department for my first Tacoma and left for Dan Cava after several less than great experiences. I question if I'll continue.

I was not pleased that I had to pay for an inspection twice within 7 days on the same vehicle when I plan to give it to someone out of state, hopefully at end of month. There was a chip with a crack in drivers line of view on front windshield. The crack appeared in March after traveling on interstate yet Toyota passed inspection on the vehichle. The windshield was replaced Friday morn and the sticker could not be salvaged. I came immediately after the appointment and found that I had to have another inspection and pay again. Expenses in taking care of my deceased sister's estate has added up and is taking quite a toll on my pocketbook!
