Even though I had an appointment, I waited more than 4 hours, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and then they gave me the vehicle without resetting the dashboard...I had to go back.

The service took over 1.5 hours for a tire rotation. I received the text notifying me that my vehicle service was complete at 8 a.m. the day after my service appointment. Who knows when it was complete but I feel I was not communicated with about the progress. I was notified the vehicle was being serviced by 1130 a.m. on 10-9. At 1245 someone came to get me and say it was finished. The message that the vehicle was finished with service arrived on 10-10 at 8 a.m. a full 19 hours after I left the dealership.

One of the items on the description of service was to reset the service reminder. That was not done and I had to drive back to Moses Toyota to have it reset, because I didn't want to see that reminder every time I get into my car and I didn't know how to reset it.

Rodney was great, I don’t like that my car had greasy handprints all over it when I left and the fee of 3% to use a credit card.

I paid 58.55 and the receipt indicates no inspection was performed. Everyone was polite - but you sent me the coupon. My “experience” was that you really didn’t want to honor the coupon.

After I left today, I realized I am also due for an inspection sticker. Historically either the mechanic or the person at the counter would notice that and go ahead and get it done while I’m there. Unfortunately, now I’ll have to come back, or go somewhere else to have it done. Just drinks since I was already there for scheduled maintenance today.
