The rear view mirror is now throwing an error when placed in digital mode and won’t work. This was not happening prior to service. And, the book says the error requires a visit to the dealership.
Service tech dirtied door threshold, footrest, and interior door panel with dirt/grease. Light tan interior and it was obvious, so I’m not sure why he didn’t clean it off when finished with service, or use plastic/paper protectors .

I find it annoying though that you charge a fee for using a credit card to pay the bill. I also find it annoying that you charged a disposal fee for tires when all that was done was to swap my summer tires and rims for my winter tires and rims. That seems silly to add on that fee. It's one thing if you actually had to dispose of old tires but that was not needed in this case so why the disposal fee?? Other than those two things, service was great and Derek was excellent at keeping me updated on the status of my car.

My son’s car had his airbag light come on in his car! He had a big trip this weekend. The service department was able to fit me into their schedule, identify the problem, and fix it. I love the members of the service department. They are always friendly and helpful.
Rodney is fantastic! Always pleasant, kind and super efficient. He can juggle 10 things at once and does a perfect job. I am totally satisfied with the service there. I was quite surprised to find out that there is a 3% fee on credit card payments. I did not have a check with me, so I was forced to use my credit card and pay the fee. I own a business and also are charged credit card fees. I do not pass them on to the customer. I do not think that is right. I was very disappointed with that.

My son brought our 2021 Tacoma in because of another oil leak. . This is after replacing the engine that took 3 weeks, get it back and a few days later leaking oil. Replaced the oil pan that took a week and when picking it up realizes it was still leaking and you kept it for another week. First 2 times you wouldn’t give him a loaner becaus he’s not 21. Now that he’s 21 he has told today as of Monday the policy change to 25 min age for a loaner. ????. Hopefully after 5 weeks, my having to incur expenses to get him a suitable vehicle to use while you try and fix the Tacoma, also paying my monthly payment this is all resolved. Not satisfied with Toyota of Morgantown and Toyota of Greenwich Ct where the vehicle was purchased and they worked on it 4 times as well.
This is a new car. Only tires were rotated. No need for survey

Love the option to drop off night before and the updates at each stage of the process. Have never felt that things were recommended or done that were not needed!
