I felt like it took a long time for just a tire rotation. Rodney was very good, and he explained that they were trying to find if there was a glitch when I had alerted them that there is a red streak coming across the screen when I am on Waze navigation. I can understand that.But more than that when I got my car back the tires and all the panels along the side were filthy. My car was perfectly clean when I arrived. I do not know what happened. I don’t know how this got this way, but it was very disappointing.
We believe backup camera is getting moisture in it from around the seals but I brushed off with its just scratched. I asked my account be noted that whatever they did today cleared the fogginess or cloudiness of the camera in case it happens again. It is not caused by a scratch.
I was thinking you filled all reservoirs but found that was not the case. Perhaps I was mistaken in my assumption.
Blain was great. He was responsive and was thinking ahead of what I was thinking. Great rep.
However, there were issues with the service. First, my vehicle always comes back dirty. Splashed with mud. The seats were clean(covered) but the mat was very dirty from dusty feet. I am assuming that there is a layer of dust on the floor or the entrances. This has been an ongoing issue.
The major issue was the passenger fender was scratched and gouged through the paint. I have PPF on the hood and front fascia, but not on the fenders. With that kind of care, I believe I will be taking my vehicles to another dealer in the future.
This is the reason for the poor score.
Disappointed that service took 2 hours for a recall.

I appreciate Blaine and the service team that was going over things on my Toyota Rav4 to analyze the issue I've been having. I was treated like "Family" and that sets high on my checklist. I will continue to bring my Toyota to Moses for service. ????????????????????
Hello, although I was not made aware of how long my appointment (3+hr), the service seemed to go well. However, upon leaving my driveway this morning, I found a huge puddle of oil draped across my new $30k driveway. This is incredibly frustrating with the vehicle having spent 3 hours in the service bay and the drained oil sitting on the frame was enough to puddle in my driveway.

Service was great. My attendant guy was great too. The texting application is cool but I like when they come find you to explain what they find and recommendations.
Everything went well! Comfortable waiting area! Everyone in professional.
I see nothing on the sheet they gave me other than the receipt that the oil was changed.
