Rodney is very friendly and easy to to deal with. I have used the Toyota dealership since it opened in the 1980's. I purchased a 2002 Tacoma and 2022 Tacoma from them. My 2002 Tacoma was professionally service there for 20 years. My 1979 Toyota 4wd pickup had many years of service there also.
Rodney was very helpful and courteous and I am sure the work was done well. But over two hours to get some new tires put on seems a little long.

The folks at Moses Toyota in Morgantown, WV, are very helpful, courteous and go out of their way to make your car maintenance visit pleasant. Eric even went outside to bring our car closer to the building. The manager, Rodney Lambert gave us a discount in the cost of the maintenance work! The waiting room is very clean and comfortable and has coffee and snacks available. It was a good experience today!

The only thing I would recommend is that the car owners be informed when their car is complete. I walked out and saw that my car was finished before someone told me. Also, I was there for an oil change and it took over an hour for it to be completed.
