The rear seat latching mechanism was to have been repaired. I was charged for the parts and labor for the repair, and was NOT told that the latch wasn’t repaired, but it was NOT.
It’s hard to understand why this happened; I expect to be contacted by Ron Sloan regarding this as soon as possible.

Ron was great and apologetic about the slow service. I had a 12:30 appointment and was waiting at the dealership for my Rav 4. It didn’t go back to the shop until just shy of 11/2 hours later. He mentioned that they were short staffed

I had an appointment last Friday at 8 and got a text telling me that my appointment was 9:30. I still came at 7:30 so I could use a loaner car. That was a joke. Could only go about 30 miles total. The biggest problem was that around 9 I got a call to come and pick up my truck because all the parts either weren’t in or not ordered meaning that I now had to make an unnecessary trip the following Monday. I have no complaints about Ron but I feel that I should have been called before Friday and told that they had to give me another appointment when all the parts came in….. I had an earlier appointment with Uniontown Toyota but canceled it because I had brought my 2005 Tundra to your place for a recall and it went well. I’m now sorry that I didn’t go to Mike Kelly’s Toyota in the first place and will be going there from now on.

I was told the vehicle needed brake work and filters changed. I then took it for another estimate attempting to save money. I was told Bob if it needed done.

I’m happy they fixed my car, but how can you sell a car with no break pads and a broken rotor and saying it passed inspection.
