Rodney is an excellent service manager. He made sure my vehicle was done on time and is always eager to help. The master tech who installed the lift on my truck did a great job as well. I’m glad I have a local dealer I can trust with my truck.

I am not a fan of the new computerized system. I prefer the personnel interaction. We have always dealt with Ron and prefer working with him. The other advisor is really good but I prefer staying with our same advisor.

Always a good experience at University. Your new cel phone based client information system doesn’t allow Ron to get the exercise he once did walking back and forth to inform folks ( just kidding of course), but works well. Thanks!

Ron Sloan and the Service Team did a great job. They always perform their work with a high degree of professionalism. They, however, are not my problem. The problem is your new computer generated communication system. It is as if Toyota has decided to assign me a participation in communications task. Last time I checked, I do not work for Toyota. I am a customer!! Silly old me. I thought Toyota was my service provider. Bottom line, if you assign me a task, either pay me for work performed or apply my wages to offset my bill. Daniel M
