Wonderful customer service, Rodney was very pleasant and very polite to deal with, waiting area was also very nice, coffee, snacks, water. The only problem I ran into was that it took an hour and a half to just change my oil. Of course I could’ve went to a quick lube and got it done in 5 minutes, but i know that the people at Toyota are there to take care of my vehicle and treat it as there own.
This was my second visit to University Toyota after moving from the DC area. Both times, I have been very happy with my service and I look forward to continuing using University Toyota. In fact, I have recommended them to several of my friends.
Rodney rocks! Really makes his customers feel at home. If he isn’t the manager of the whole service area, he sure should be.
I brought my car in for a regular service, afterwards screws were missing in a panel underneath my car from where they did an oil change. Soon after, while driving on the interstate, that panel flew down off my car, hanging on by a few screws and got badly damaged. Once I made it home, I looked under the car and realized some screws were missing on the panel and that was why my panel had fallen down, got scraped up and damaged one of the holes for a screw. I brought my car back in to have service repair their mistake. They put back in the missing screws where they could but there is a section of the panel damaged so badly that they couldn’t put in that last screw. I came in to pick up my car after I was told it had been repaired. Upon pick up, my boyfriend checked under the car to make sure the damaged panel was replaced and that all the screws were back in so this would not happen again, possibly causing even further damage. They didn’t replace the damaged panel and again didn’t put in one of the screws, they couldn’t due to the damage of the panel. However, it would have never been damaged to begin with if it was properly screwed back on from the beginning. I came back inside to let my service advisor know, he let me know that couldn’t repair plastic. I understand that but I need it replaced because my car was not this way when I brought it in for my service. I was told the manager was busy and I would need to call back. I had already emailed and left Jeff, the manager, a voicemail. So I left and went home because nothing could be fixed that day. Once I made it back home, my service advisor, Ron, reached back out to me and thankfully let me know that the parts would be ordered and they would fix their mistake. I’m very happy that they are willing to fix what had been caused by them. I am upset that this all took this long to have it fixed, it just should’ve never happened to begin with. I do not want the technician, Laura, to ever touch my car again. Missing screws on a panel is one thing but imagine if they were missing on my tire or something, it could’ve ended up causing much more damage and harm to myself and those around me.
Very friendly, and showed professional curtisie . Will let others know the great service we received. Thanks again.
Thanks for taking care of my car!
Rodney was extremely helpful.
Ron and the service department have always done a great job that’s why we deal with University Toyota
Ron Sloan has always delivered the best customer service in any business that I patronize. I was dismayed to learn of his imminent departure for another job, and am very disappointed with the ownership of University Motors for obviously not doing enough to keep him.

I live in CT as well as WV. Bought my car at U- motors. I drive 530 miles to have it serviced by The team at U-motors. I can call Rodney and he sets me an appointment and gives honest advice in keeping my Toyota in great shape. Rodney keeps me coming back
Kept me updated . Kept me informed about costs
Rodney is friendly and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly.
I appreciate the courteous and prompt service. Thanks.
Ron always takes care of me.
The inside of my car had grease handprints all over the console and the side of the passengers seat. The last time it’ll the car was there, it had dirty boot prints left on the drivers floor mats. The service center used to take great care to be sure the vehicle was clean and even washed it when finished. The last two visits were very disappointing.
