I very much liked the text updates on my previous service which did not come through this time. I also wish someone would have explained how the tire warranty worked prior to working on the car. That is not really on you since the dealer that sold it to me didn't explain it either. I was under the impression that with the warranty any repair to a tire would be free of cost. I also wasn't happy about whatever they used to seal the tire on the rim was smeared all over the rim. I just washed the car on Saturday and now need to wash it again. I get that you all are busy but it would be nice to receive the car back in level of cleanliness it arrived in.

You broke another center cap. I checked them before I left. I wiggled all of them before I left and the right rear fell off. You break the tabs when you forcefully snap the center cap on. I have a picture before I left the lot. This is the second one you have done this to. My right front is missing. I do not have anybody else service this truck and I do not abuse it. Please contact me when both caps are in and I will stop by so you can install them correctly. Pleas contact me with any questions. Thanks.

The people at your service department always treat me right, if there is a problem with my vehicle other than what the problem I had, they tell me upfront and the price to fix it. I have a vehicle that has a lot of years on it, but with today’s prices of new vehicles I want to keep my vehicle as long as I can. And with your service department they make sure I can do that. Thank You.

Your service representative was nice ,polite, and professional and I have no problem with her personally. I was angered because your smart path recommended I change two tires at a cost of $724.00. I questioned this since I purchased new 40 or 50 thousand mile tires less than a year ago. My second set of tires. The car only has 35,000 miles in it period. So I am wondering why my tires, that were recommended by University Motors , is not holding up? When I mentioned the tires should be under warranty I was told you don’t really need them yet they are only half worn. If so why are they recommended to be replaced. From my point of view I now cannot trust anything that I am being told. I am sure the next visit they will be my fault. But I can’t trust your tires either. So I certainly won’t buy them from you.

My car service was completed and the car was sitting outside there over 30mins and I was not allowed to live because they want me to wait for a text message to come on my phone to tell me the service is completed. I had to go to work and I stood there seeing my time being wasted. They did not even put a sticker on when my service is due on my windshield.

Shanelle was very nice and a sweet young lady. This was my first time having her assist me with my vehicle. Delivery Specialist Kim was very helpful to me with an issue. She has helped me before and is a great asset to University Toyota. I miss Ron Sloan. He was great and so knowledgeable. University Toyota lost a great employee! LaTara Cannon isn’t there either! I bought my vehicle from her. You need more women sales people, not all men.
